Here's a blast from our automotive past - some pictures of a 1908 Argyll 14/16 Tourer, built right here in Alexandria.

Owners Frank and Susan Thomson took part in the 2007 Argyll Classic to commemorate the centenary of the famous works.

The trip followed the route of the Argyll Motors test drivers of early last century, along Loch Lomond and up the Rest and be Thankful.
